cubed
taco seasoning
or seasoning of choice
1red onion
diced
1tomato
diced
lettuce
per wrap
0.5 sliceamerican cheese
per wrap, optional
4tortillas
For the sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the chicken and add the seasoning
Step 2
combine the red onion and tomato into a small container, add salt, pepper and oregano/parsley
Step 3
Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl
Step 4
lay a tortilla flat on the counter, put a few spoonfuls of sauce, add the onion & tomato mix, add the shredded lettuce, add the chicken and finally add the slice of cheese
Step 5
wrap tightly and toast on a pan for a few minutes on each side, or store in the refrigerator for a few days.
