Instructions

Step 1
Cook sliced red onions in garlic, butter and olive oil. Lots of onions. When they cook down, about half an hour, add one or two bay leaves, old bay, mustard seeds, celery seeds, dill weed, and salt pepper. All to your taste. Add the shrimp and cook for a few minutes. Add heavy cream and a stick of butter. Bring to a boil and then add cornstarch in water to thicken. Serve with whatever rice you like
