5Chesnut mushrooms
sliced
Soft Chilli goats cheese
balsamic vinegar
olive oil
garlic clove
smoked tofu
Optional, thinly sliced
1slice sourdough bread
Instructions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in frying pan on medium heat. Add mushrooms, then shortly after add tofu.
Step 2
Toast bread.
Step 3
Rub toast with garlic clove then spread with chilli goats cheese.
Step 4
Take mushrooms off heat, add salt pepper and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar which should reduce in quickly.
Step 5
Lay mushrooms and tofu on top of toast, serve with side salad.
