Ive slowly butchered the recipie for dak galbi more and more as I kept getting lazier im putting this recipie here so I can remember the rough ratios but I should say you should adjust everything based on the amount of cabbage you have. You just want it to be well coated. The recipie originally was based on Simon and Martina's recipie for Dak Galbi over on youtube

Instructions

Step 1
Chop the cabbage and cut the chicken into reasonably sized pieces
Step 2
Coat the cabbage and chicken thouroughly in gochujang and gochugaru
Step 3
Add more seasoning as neccisary
Step 4
Slice up daikon raddish
Step 5
Cook the galbi, once fully cooked cover in cheese
