Step 1
Marinate chicken breasts at least 2 hours (better overnight).







Step 2
Using gloves, dip each chicken breast in flour mixture, double dip back into marinade and flour mix for an extra crispy coat.








Step 3
Let chicken rest 10 minutes on cooling rack.
Step 4
Meanwhile, combine ingredients for spicy mayo. Slice tomatoes, prepare any other toppings.









Step 5
Fry chicken on medium heat (175 degrees C) for about 5-10 minutes or until cooked.
