Instructions

Step 1
Cook the white rice according to package instructions. Once done, stir in the rice vinegar and spread the rice on a sheet pan to cool.
Step 2
Dice the salmon into small cubes. In a bowl, combine the cucumber and chives. In another bowl, mix cream cheese with sriracha sauce.
Step 3
Add a layer of 1/4th of cucumber into form, followed by 2 TBSP avocado, 1 TBSP chream cheese mix, then 1/4th of salmon, and finish with rice.
Step 4
Carefully flip the stack onto a plate.
Step 5
Sprinkle with white and black sesame and drizzle with 1 teaspoon soy sauce and sriracha sauce.
Step 6
Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
