Salmon with green beans bento

Instructions

Step 1
Cook pork and onion until cooked thoroughly. Mix miso sauce ingredients together and pour into cooked pork and onions. Cool until sauce is reduced.
Step 2
Cut green beans into 2 inch pieces. Boil to desired tenderness. Once finished cooking, mix with tsuyu sauce and sesame seeds.
Step 3
Lightly salt each strip of salmon and let sit for 10 minutes to remove fishy smell. Pan fry on one side until browned, then flip. Mix teriyaki ingredients and cook until salmon is cooked through. Spoon teriyaki sauce from the pan over the salmon.
Step 4
Mix rice seasoning ingredients together.

Plating

Step 5
Cover bottom of bento box with rice, and place the rice seasoning on top. Cut the nori seaweed in the shape of your bento box and cover the rice. Place 1 piece of salmon in the middle. To one side of the salmon place the green beans. To the other side place the pork and onions.
