Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, water and chili flakes. Set this mixture aside.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add onions and the ground beef, stirring occasionally, and cook until the beef is nearly done, about 6 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan, mix well, and cook for 1 minute. Add the spinach and continue cooking for 3 more minute.
Step 4
Garnish sesame seeds and sliced scallions.
