Instructions

Step 1
To start, dice garlic and cut some dried red chili with scissors (optional). Crack eggs in a bowl and beat eggs with a mixer.
Step 2
Heat up cooking oil in a skillet, add egg batter in the skillet to cook on medium heat, remove egg from the skillet once the color starts to change.
Step 3
Add some more cooking oil back in the skillet, put sliced garlic and red chili in to mix, further put spinach in to stir fry for a minute.
Step 4
Finally add pre cooked egg in the spinach and season it with some salt and chicken powder, it’s now ready to serve.
