Step 1
To a bowl add soy sauce, water, garlic, vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes if using. Mix until combined.
Step 2
To that same bowl stir in brown sugar and corn starch and set aside.
Step 3
To a pan over medium heat add the shaved beef steak and cook 2-3 minutes or until done.
Step 4
Stir in cooked broccoli and sauce. Cook for 4-5 minutes until sauce is thickened.
Step 5
Serve over rice or noodles and enjoy!
