Instructions
Step 1
"Peel and chop potatoes. Drop into a large pot and add water until covered. Cook on medium until tender (about 20 min). Drain
Step 2
Add milk and butter to the pot w/potatoes and place back on medium. Allow to warm until bubbling around the edges (about 5-10 min). Add in salt (2 tsp in mine) and pepper. Ladle and serve"
