Step 1
Add olive oil and butter to the pan add onions and caramelized, Cooke on low for about 30mins. Once caramelized remove from pan, add 2 tablespoons of chili oil and garlic, stir about 15 seconds. Pour in heavy cream as sauce thickens add, pasta and cheese, remove from heat, add onions back in and serve, drizzle top with remaining chili oil for garnish.
