Instructions
Step 1
Cut up the chicken thighs into bite size pieces
Step 2
Add yogurt and all spices in bowl and mix
Step 3
Add chicken to marinade
Step 4
Refrigerator for 8 hours or longer
Step 5
Then heat up oil in a frying pot and fry the chicken at 380 degrees F for a few minutes (~3-4 minutes) or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F for the chicken.
Step 6
Once fried, remove and place on a dish lined with paper towel to absorb the excess oil. and sprinkle with salt.

Heat up 1 tbsp oil add in 3-4 cloves crushed garlic, curry leaves (washed and dried), 3-5 chopped green chillies
