Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oveb to 350⁰ and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a medium bowl combine dry ingredients (except coconut sugar) and set aside.
Step 3
In a medium bowl mix wet ingredients until smooth.
Step 4
Slowly add dry to wet, stir until combined.
Step 5
Place dough in fridge for AT LEAST 30 minutes.
Step 6
Once chilled, roll into 2 tbsp sized balls
Step 7
Roll balls in coconut sugar before gently pressing into baking sheet with palm until 1/2 inch thick.
Step 8
Bake for 12 minutes at 350⁰.
