Recipe for this healthy lunch below:
ā¢2 cooked chicken thighs (roughly 150 grams)
ā¢1 egg
ā¢generous sprinkle of salt
ā¢tzatziki (I like the low-calorie odyssey brand)
ā¢veggies of choice to top

Mix the chicken, egg, and salt well then press into a waffle maker. Cook until the steam has dissipated then top chicken waffles with tzatziki and toppings.

This lunch yields a whooping 45 grams of protein at just over 300 calories! So you can even enjoy a little dessert after too šš» Thatās what I call a win.
