Instructions

Step 1
Marinade chicken in large bowl for at least 3 hours. Preferably overnight

For Bone-in

Step 2
Preheat oven to 180C (Fan Forced). Line a baking tray with foil and then baking paper
Step 3
Place chicken on tray and dab half the marinade onto the skin. Bake for 20 mins
Step 4
Dab the remaining sauce onto the chicken the bake for additional 10-20 mins
Step 5
Dab the skin with the oven tray juices then spray with oil. Bake for further 10-15 mins
Step 6
Check temperature (should be 72°C) and then dab one final time with tray juices then serve. Can leave for 5 mins before serving
