Instructions

Step 1
Cook onion, then add the garlic, then add the diced bacon, add your chicken, cook until chicken is almost cooked, add cream cheese and stir in once melted through, add chicken stock, stir. Add half amount of cheese and a tbsp of plain flour and stir through, transfer to baking dish and top with cheese, pop in the oven for like 30 minutes. Take out and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Serve it on rice OR a jacket potato.
