Pumpkin pie baked oats

My fave healthy fall breakfast 🎃 gluten-free + dairy-free
Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup pumpkin purée
1 egg
1-2 tbsp maple syrup (depending how sweet you like it)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Pinch salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp milk
Chocolate chips
1) blend all ingredients (except chocolate chips)
2) pour batter into a lightly greased oven-safe baking dish and top with chocolate chips
3) bake at 350F for about 20 minutes
4) top with flakey sea salt and enjoy!
