Instructions

Step 1
Brown sausage, drain, set aside
Step 2
Chop onions, potatoes, and kale while sausage is browning
Step 3
In large stockpot add potatoes, onions, garlic, chicken broth, and water. Cook over medium heat until potatoes are soft about 10 minutes,

Add sausage and bacon, stir
Step 5
Add about 1 tsp each of salt and pepper
Step 6
Simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes
Step 7
Turn heat to low
Step 8
Add kale and cream, stir to warm through a few minutes
Step 9
Serve with parmesan cheese and sourdough bread
