Step 1
Preheat oven to 230C. Cube pork, add baking soda and spices and mix. Add 3 TBS cornflour and mix. Add oil. Place on baking trays and spread out as much as possible. Bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway.
Boil Potatoes
Make sauce- make a slurry with 2 TBS cornflour and 2 TBS water. Add sauce ingredients and bring to boil. Saute vegetables. Mix everything together and keep warm.
