Instructions
Step 1
Put dab of butter in pan on medium heat
Step 2
Steam frozen carrots for 5 minutes in microwave
Step 3
Dice onion, put in pan and start to brown. Once carrots are steamed, add them to the pan and sauté. Take a potato masher and break the carrots into smaller pieces
Step 4
Add can of corn, cook on medium for a few minutes
Step 5
Add 5 cups of water and both potato packs. Add milk and sour cream. Allow to bubble and stir.
Step 6
Add pepper and any other preferred spices. Turn to low heat and cover. Whenever the soup is warmed through, it is done. Dish out into bowls and allow to cool.
Step 7
Add shredded cheese, bacon bits, and chives as a garnish (optional)
