Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Bring a pot of water to a boil and boil the potatoes until fork tender, for 15 minutes.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, parmesan, olive oil, and garlic.
Step 4
Place the salmon, potatoes and green beans in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet, and season them with salt and pepper. Then brush the prepared sauce over the salmon and the veggies.
Step 5
Bake in the oven until the salmon flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes.
