Step 1

Add garlic ginger and the white parts of the scallions to a pan with oil and stir fry for two minutes then add the cabbage with a. Pinch of salt and stir fry another minute before adding the kimchi .
Step 2

Add gochujang red pepper flakes vegetable broth and date syrup ( or maple syrup) then bring to a boil cover and cook for ten minutes on medium heat .
Step 3

Add the sliced tofu on top with some of the green tips of the spring onions ( reserve the rest for serving) then add white pepper salt to taste cover and cook for ten more minutes. Serve with the scallions and coriander and enjoy .
