large, cut into half moon slices

medium, diced

1 cupbutton mushrooms
quartered

1 cupradish
Korean, or daikon, cut into thin half moon slices

1 blocktofu
medium or firm, cubed

4scallions
chopped

1Korean chili pepper
or jalapeño, thinly sliced, optional
