Instructions
Step 1
Melt 2 tbs butter over medium heat
Step 2
Add carrots, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt. Sautée until tender.
Step 3
Add rice, minced garlic, dried minced onion. Stir for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add dried parsley & chicken broth. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Step 5
Turn heat down to medium low. Cook for 20 minutes until rice is cooked & most of the liquid is absorbed.
Step 6
Stir in 2 tablespoons of butter, chicken, and salt & pepper to taste.
