Instructions
Step 1

Whisk water, chickpea flour, salt and cumin in a saucepan. Whisk constantly until it thickens.

Remove from heat, add milk, and oil. Whisk to combine.

Pour into an oven safe dish, bake at 500°F for about 25 minutes, until the top is well charred.
Rotate halfway.

Serve in a baguette sliced in half lengthwise. Top with a generous amount of cumin and harissa to taste, and La Vache qui Rie if desired
