Instructions
Step 1
Pressure cook the chickpeas for 15min with natural release. Reserve the chickpea water and a handful of chickpeas for decoration.
Step 2
Blend the cooked chickpeas in a blender
Step 3
Add the tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and chickpea water (start with 4 tbsp then adjust for desired thickness), then blend.
Step 4
Serve with olive oil, chickpeas, cumin and (smoked) paprika. Best enjoyed with flat bread.
