Step 1
Slice the radish thinly, then stack the slices and cut them into thin strips.
Step 2
Heat a pan and add the radish strips. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Stir-fry without oil. (Tip: The moisture from the radish will make it cook without needing oil.)
Step 3
Add a little kelp water, cover the pan, and cook over medium-low heat for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Once the radish is slightly softened, add 1 tablespoon of perilla oil (or sesame oil), 1 tablespoon of ground sesame seeds, and 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions. Stir everything together. Your light and tasty radish side dish is ready!
