Put the ground chicken in a bowl season it( garlic powder/onion, salt pepper or whatever ever seasoning you want) Lay out parchment paper put the ground chicken(about a handful or a little more ) take another piece of parchment paper and lay over top use a rolling pin or hands flatten the chicken Making a long rectangle pull the top paper off. . On half the chicken spread some pesto. Spinach sundried tomatoes and mozza . Fold over the other side to cover forming a pocket and sealing all the edges like a pocket. Sprinkle both sides with Italian bread crumbs . Can be cooked in airfryer or oven. I did oven 375 for about 40 mins
