Instructions
Step 1
Chop onion, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
Step 2
In a small bowl whisk coconut aminos, sriracha, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil together.

Set aside.

Grease a large skillet with 1/2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Saute ground turkey, breaking the meat up as it cooks.

When the meat starts to brown on the bottom, add chopped onion, and minced garlic and ginger.

Step 5 Saute for 5 minutes, until the onions start to soften.

Add the sauce and peanuts to the meat mixture.
Step 8
Combine and let the sauce thicken for a few minutes.
Step 9
Stir in chopped green onions, cook 1 minute longer, and turn the heat off.
Step 10
Wash the lettuce leaves, spoon the mixture into each leaf and enjoy!
