Instructions
Step 1
Carve out the seeds and stringy pumpkin guts (birds love the guts so don't waste them!)
Step 2
Place pumpkin in the oven at 400 and bake for about an hour or until pumpkin is soft on the inside
Step 3
Carve out insides of pumpkin and place all ingredients in a blender
Step 4
Refill the pumpkin with the ingredients and bake for another 20 minutes or until hot
