Instructions
Step 1
Take the steak out of the fridge 1h before cooking.
Step 2
(Optional) Marinate the steak with beer to make it a bit tenderer. But it retains some taste from the beer.
Step 3
Salt and pepper the stake and let it rest for at least 30 min
Step 4
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C and pre-heat a skillet to high temp with a bit of vegetable oil
Step 5
Sear the steak in the pan for 2/3 min on each side.
Step 6
Move it to the oven for another 4/5 min.
Step 7
Let it rest 5 min before serving.
