Instructions

Step 1
Cut beef into strips. Add soy sauce, crushed garlic and spices to marinate the beef and set aside while prepping the vegetables.
Step 2
Cut the onions, peppers and carrots into slices and set aside.
Step 3
Cut the broccoli stems into slices as well so that the florets are smaller in size. Keep these separately as they need less time to cook.
Step 4
In a pan or wok over medium to high heat add in a tablespoon of oil. Add in beef and allow to brown before removing and setting aside.
Step 5
Add in brocade stems, peppers, carrots, and onions and stirfry until tender.
Step 6
Add in the beef and broccoli florets and let it stir fry together for a few minutes to allow the broccoli to cook to your liking.
Step 7
Turn off the heat and serve with your choice of basmati rice or noodles.
