Instructions
Step 1
Throw your chopped apple in a medium-low heat pot along with some brown sugar, cinnamon, cardamon and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Cook the apple, stirring constantly, until soft and syruppy, about 5-8 minutes, it should smell like the best thing ever.
Step 3
Add your oats, as well as some applesauce, and try to mix that as much as you can
Step 4
Add oatmilk gradually and mix until you get a thick batter-like consistency, about 1 cup but could be more or less.
Step 5
Stir in some chopped pecans, and transfer the oat mixture to a baking dish or a big ramekin.
Step 6
Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes, make sure to check in it so it doesn’t burn.
Step 7
Finish with maple syrup and enjoy
