Instructions
Step 1
To a small saucepan, add oats, oat milk, water, apple, raisins and spices (do not add flaxseeds yet). Stir until combined. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5-8 minutes or until oats are chewy.
Step 2
Stir in flaxseed meal.
Step 3
Serve with additional milk and nuts/seeds if desired. Enjoy warm or cold.
Step 4
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

NOTE: A pinch is equal to 1/16 teaspoon measurement.
