Chicken:

medium and thighs

1 teaspoonchicken bouillon cube

1 teaspoongarlic power

1 teaspoononion powder

1 teaspoonred pepper cayenne

1 teaspoonblack pepper

½ teaspoonsmoked paprika
optional

½ teaspoonsalt

½ teaspooncurry powder

1 tablespoonoil

½ tablespoonlemon juice

Instructions
Step 1
Marinate chicken and rest for 30 minutes
Step 2
Dice all vegetables. Sauté onion and garlic. Add peppers. Add tomato paste. Add tomatoes and spices. Add coconut milk and chicken stock.
Step 3
Add rice. Add salt and cook on low medium heat for 20-25'
Step 4
Air fry the chicken for 20' and when it's cooked, add it on top of the rice
