Instructions

Step 1
Put slow cooker ingredients into slow cooker. High 2-3 hrs, low 5-6 hrs.
Step 2
Roast red bell peppers and garlic at 450F for 40-50 min. Remove skins.
Step 3
Shred chicken in slow cooker.
Step 4
Add half cooked pasta, about a cup of pasta water, and sauce to the slow cooker, cook for an additional 15 min or until pasta is done.
Step 5
Top with parsley.
Step 6
Divide into 10 meals. Freeze.
