Step 1
Cube yellow onion.
Step 2
Wash and trim sugar snap peas.
Step 3
Drain and rinse the baby corn.
Step 4
Wash and julienne green bell pepper.
Cooking
Step 5
Reduce coconut milk until thick.
Step 6
Add green curry paste. Sauté until dissolved.
Step 7
Add coconut milk, water, dark brown sugar, fish sauce, and kaffir lime leaves.
Step 8
Add yellow onion, sugar snap peas, and baby corn. Cook as needed.
Step 9
Add green bell pepper and fried tofu. Cook as needed.
