Instructions
Step 1
Mung dal soak in water for 30 min take 75 ml for 3 people
Step 2

3 tblsp oil, mustard seed, Jeera, curry leaves, onion.. stir few minutes till onion gets bit brownish add turmeric
Step 3

Add turya & mix it , cover it & cook it for 15 min
Step 4

Remove water soaked for mung dal
Step 5

Mix mung dal in turya
Step 6

Mix & cover the lid to let it cook for 5 to 7 min.
Step 7

Add red mirchi & salt let it cook in lower flame for 5 min
Step 8

Add kothmir at the end
