Step 1
In a food processor, combine the avocado, garlic cloves, lime juice, spring onions, honey, and salt.
Step 2
Toast the pistachos, remove the skins, and add to the processor, reserving some for garnish.
Step 3
Blitz until creamy + smooth, streaming in the olive oil as you go.
Step 4
Add ice for extra creaminess + green colour.
Step 5
To serve, top with pommegrante seeds, pistachios, olive oil, then serve with dipper of choice + enjoy!

One serving is equal to about 1/2 cup.
