Instructions
Step 1
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and drain excess fat
Step 2
In the slow cooker, combine the beef, all the vegetables, and the garlic
Step 3
Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes
Step 4
Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme (and any other seasonings you want). Stir to combine.
Step 5
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until vegetables are tender
Step 6
Before serving, taste and adjust seasonings. Can serve with mashed potatoes or rice!
