Glazed Orange Rolls

Instructions

Step 1
Scald milk but heating in a pot on medium until it starts to cling to the edges of the pot. Don't boil. Set aside away from heat.
Step 2
Combine the scalded milk (still warm), oil, sugar, and salt.
Step 3
Mix in yeast and dissolve in warm water.
Step 4
Add orange juice, grated orange rind, and eggs.
Step 5
Add flour and combine well. Add more in small increments as needed.the dough will be soft and still sticky in spots.
Step 6
Let rise in mixing bowl until doubled in size.
Step 7
Roll out on a floured surface (add more flour and knead into flour as needed), and cut into triangles.
Step 8
Roll into Crescent shapes and place on a parchment paper covered pan and let rise again.
Step 9
Bake in oven at 450° for 10 minutes.
Step 10
Make the glaze and glaze while still warm.
