Step 1
Cut steak into servable pieces. Cut steak to half thickness. Flour steak. Pound steak.

Brown steak in a little oil.

Add tomatoes, onion, carrot, mushrooms garlic, salt and pepper.

Simmer on medium to low heat for 2 1/2 hours.
