Instructions

Step 1
1.Slice your potatoes into fries, coat in 2g oil & chicken salt.

2. Place in the airfryer for 20 mins on 180* 3.In the meantime, heat remaining oil in a pan, add in your steak.

4.Fry for 3-5 mins each side, depending on how you like it done.

For the Chimichurri: 1.Finely chop parsley, garlic, chilli. 2.Combine remanding ingredients and mix.

3.Serve potatoes, sliced steak and top with Chimichurri. Serve with veg of
