METHOD
1.Add beef brisket and bone broth to slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. 2.Lay the corn cob horizontally on a chopping board and using a sharp knife, slice down the length of the cob, cutting into the kernels. Repeat this process for each ear of corn until you have created corn rib-like strips.
3. Place corn in a zip lock bag with paprika, cumin, cinnamon, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Shake until corn is completely coated. 4.Place Corn ribs in the air-fryer and cook for 15 minutes on 180°C or until crispy.
5.Combine Coleslaw and Serve.
