Step 1
Add chopped cooked cauliflower oats sunflower seeds chickpeas almonds lemon juice parsley salt pepper cumin paprika garlic powder onion powder and chili powder to a food processor then process or a bowl then use a stab mixer to blend everything together until mostly smooth but still with a little texture

black pepper¾ tsp
chili powder½ tsp
Step 2
Carefully make 6 patties . They will be loose as there is no binding agent so be gentle
Step 3
Dip the patties first in corn starch then into milk and then coat in the gluten free breadcrumbs . Brush or spray with a little oil then bake at 200 c fan 400 f for 25 minutes or until they are golden and crispy. Serve them like this or use your favorite gluten free buns and add salad and sauce . Enjoy .
