2 tblsolive oil

1onion
medium large chopped

1 lbground turkey

4cloves garlic
minced

1 tsponion powder

1 tsppaprika

1 tspgarlic powder

½ tspground mustard

2 tspchili powder

1 tblstomato paste

1 tblsbrown sugar

1 tspworcestershire sauce

½ cupketchup

¾ cupwater

6sweet potatoes
approx 5" x 2"

0.5red bell pepper

0.5green bell pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Or use the microwave to cook the potatoes and save time.
Step 2
Use fork to poke holes in the potatoes. Place them on baking sheet and roast for 40 minutes, or until soft inside when poked with fork.
If using a microwave, place potatoes on a microwaveable dish and heat for approx 10 mins.
Step 3
Preheat the pan over medium heat, add olive oil spray, and add the chopped onion to the pan. Cook for approx 5 minutes, or until soft and starting to caramelize.
Step 4
In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, and water.
Stir in this sauce, minced garlic, bell pepper, and tomato paste to the pan with the turkey, and simmer for about 5-10 minutes or until it reaches your desired consistency. Taste for seasoning.
Serving
Step 5
After potatoes have finished baking. Place them on plates, split them open, exposing the insides, and add Sloppy Jane's Sauce on top. Enjoy
