Instructions
Step 1
season the fish with salt, pepper, light garlic powder & parsley for color.
Step 2
Heat a stainless steel pan over medium heat until hot. Added olive oil to the pan.
Step 3
Sear the fish on each side (without touching it!!) until a golden brown crust forms.
Step 4
Once all sides are seared, add 1T of butter and butter-baste the fish while still in the pan, til internal temp reaches 135F.
Step 5
Remove from pan, top with garlic butter compound & fresh-squeezed lemon juice
