Step 1
Mince the onion and pickle.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.

Form the meat into a ball. Season the top with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high.

Add the meat ball. Place the tortilla on top. Then press flat with a chef's press or spatular. Fry for 1,5min.

Flip the tortilla. Again season with salt and pepper. Place the cheese on top and let melt for another 1,5min.

Slice the pickle and salad and dice the onion.

Spread the sauce onto the tortilla.
