Step 1
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celsius

2. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

3. Press evenly into a greased 18 x 28 cm lamington pan

4. Bake for 15 minutes then allow to cool.

5. Spread caramel over the base
Step 6
6. Combine melted chocolate amd butter and spread evenly over the filling.
Step 7
7. Refrigerate until set
Step 8
8. Cut into squares for serving.
Step 9
TIP: Do not stir caramel before spreading as it will become too thin, use straight out of the can.
